1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and CT555 ("CT555", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the CT555 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ct555.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

CT555 is an internationally operated platform. It is not licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you have independently verified that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform. CT555 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other incentives credited to an Account subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Platform" means the CT555 website at ct555.cam, its subdomains, mobile interfaces, software and all related services.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, esports and ancillary services offered via the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds or a deposit must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age and address verification process conducted by CT555 in accordance with applicable international standards.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful, restricted or requires a local licence not held by CT555.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account or use any of the Services. CT555 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, and to suspend or permanently close an Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. CT555 makes no representations that the Services are appropriate or legally available in any particular location. Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, as well as applicable provincial regulations. By registering, you confirm that you have taken independent legal advice or conducted your own due diligence as appropriate.

3.3 Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be a politically exposed person or subject to sanctions that would prohibit participation in the Services.

3.4 Self-Exclusion

You must not register an Account if you have previously self-excluded from CT555 or from another gaming platform and that self-exclusion period remains active. If you become aware that an Account has been opened in breach of an active self-exclusion, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4 Registration & Account Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes. CT555 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. CT555 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated bonuses or winnings.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. You agree to notify CT555 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

CT555 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when required for compliance purposes. Acceptable verification documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC may result in suspension of Services and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may use the Services solely in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content — including data scraping, automated access, or redistribution of odds data — is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use any software, bot, script or automated system to interact with the Platform;
• Exploit software errors, loopholes or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of fraudulent wagering;
• Use the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Platform;
• Transmit any malicious code, virus or harmful data to or through the Platform;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

CT555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, to void associated bets and winnings, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Funding Your Account

You may fund your Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. References to services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah appear for payment context only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement or support for gambling by those providers. You are responsible for verifying the availability and terms of any payment method in your jurisdiction.

6.2 Currency

Account balances and transactions may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where this facility is available. CT555 bears no responsibility for any currency conversion costs, charges or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

6.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method. These amounts are subject to change without prior notice.

6.4 Rejected Deposits

CT555 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be fraudulent, associated with a prohibited territory, or that cannot be properly verified. In such cases, funds will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your Account at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and our internal review and approval process. CT555 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the cashier page, though delays may occur during periods of high volume or pending verification.

7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. CT555 reserves the right to require an alternative withdrawal method in appropriate circumstances.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the cashier page and may vary by method and account tier. CT555 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

7.4 Right to Withhold

CT555 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC documentation, or involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 5.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

CT555 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and eligible game or market restrictions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion. Progress toward wagering requirements may be tracked in the Promotions section of your Account.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

CT555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play. If such activity is detected, CT555 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the Account.

8.4 Changes to Promotions

CT555 may withdraw, modify or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonuses already in active use by a player.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to CT555's acceptance. A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform. CT555 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

9.2 Obvious Errors

CT555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — including typographical errors, incorrect data feeds, or system malfunctions — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your Account.

9.3 Match-Fixing & Integrity

CT555 is committed to the integrity of sport. Any bet suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt conduct — including events in Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments or any other sport — will be immediately voided and reported to relevant authorities. Accounts associated with such activity will be permanently closed.

9.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) markets are subject to suspension or settlement at any time. CT555 bears no responsibility for connectivity delays that may cause a bet to be placed at outdated odds. Where a bet is accepted after the relevant event has concluded, CT555 reserves the right to void that bet.

9.5 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of settlement. CT555 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of CT555 on all betting disputes is final, subject to any formal dispute escalation procedure published on the Platform.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the compilation thereof — is the property of CT555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without CT555's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CT555, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.

CT555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CT555 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of the information provided thereon.

In no event shall CT555's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by CT555

CT555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, and to terminate your access to the Platform, at any time and without prior notice where: (a) you are in breach of these Terms; (b) CT555 is required to do so by law or regulatory requirement; (c) CT555 decides to withdraw Services from your jurisdiction; or (d) CT555 suspects fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct.

13.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any amounts owed to CT555) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CT555 is incorporated or licensed, as updated from time to time.

You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to CT555's internal dispute resolution process before any formal legal proceedings are commenced. Nothing in this clause shall limit CT555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

15 Amendments

CT555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date indicated at the top. Where changes are material, CT555 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or platform notification with reasonable advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.
